- The closing date for applications is 9am on Monday 10th August (we have recently updated this in case you had previously noted a different date).
Process
- Longlisted candidates will be invited to have an initial interview with Hannah Scarisbrick of New Street Consulting Group either in the week of Monday 24th August or the week of 31st August (not including Monday 31st August itself which is a bank holiday).
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to have one or two informal pre-interview discussions with key people at A2Domion to get a better feel for the organisation and the roles, as well as an interview in person at A2Dominion’s offices in Ealing.
Please note the interview dates are:
- Friday 18th September for Non-Executive with expertise in technology and leadership of digital change
- Monday 21st September for the Chair of Governance, People & Culture Committee
Start date
- Although positions do not become vacant until December 2026, our intention is to appoint Board Members in September 2026 in order that they can join relevant Committees and shadow Board meetings as part of an extended handover / induction process.
- We would like our new Non-Executive with IT/digital change leadership expertise to shadow the Audit, Risk and Assurance Committee meeting on 1 October and join or observe the Group Board meeting on Wednesday 14th October 2026.
- We would like the new Chair of the Governance, People & Remuneration Committee to join or observe the Group Board meeting on Wednesday 14th October 2026.
